Horrible customer service, we had to chase them every day right before they closed, despite being promised a call back. The prices for the repairs were excessive (I asked other garages), the price the offered for our car was insulting (1400, we ended up getting 4000!) the car we were considering part exchanging for was totally overpriced (they dropped it by a grand when I told them that). We bought one for higher specs for a grand cheaper than their lowest price on it. The whole thing was ridiculous from start to finish. If they hadn't tried to take advantage of us at every opportunity, we'd have been local loyal customers for both our cars for years. Thank god we found out quick to avoid them!!

I had my car put in to the garage for a service and mot and there was a awful knocking noise coming from the front still, I'm am not sure how the car got through the mot, but I got a friend to have a look a few weeks ago and the joint was very worn and the boot was split.

Customer service is appalling. Standard of workmanship is appalling. Everything they attempted from the simplest to the more extreme, replacing a new engine, they incorrectly and I had to send the car ack. They never apologised, in fact they said I was fussy and an awkward customer! They sell renaults and the owner of the garage even said, "what do you expect I'd never own a Renault they are s**t". I would strongly not recommend taking your car to this tinpot garage. Lots of better garages in the area, which are aso more convenient.
