My dad dropped his car off end of Feb. for a service, 1st March taken ill, long story short diagnosed with dementia and no capacity, not been home since 1st March. Spoke to garage to explain situation he said he didn’t want to hand it over to me as I could be his ex partner so said I would pay bill once I got the power of attorney and then could prove I have the authority to pick it up. Roean kept my dads car for 6 months without harassing's me for payment or telling me I had to collect the car, keeping it safe, running and in good working order. I finally got the power of attorney 6 months later and have been able to pay the bill. I reacted hastily when I spoke to garage and wrote a poor review which I actually regret. This garage actually went above and beyond for me and my dad by not causing a fuss about payment and keeping the car safe.

From the moment my P38 went in I had an un nerving feeling. The man who took my details and faults details seemed to know nothing or care. I had a call the first morning with a list of fault diagnosis and air con fix along with other work needed. They completed them but failed to keep me updates a number of times as agreed. I called in late the next day and was sent to the workshop as front of house knew nothing. I waited 10 minutes where a couple of mechanics could find no one who knew anything about my car. I eventually got the car back next night with one fault outstanding and on the way home found the bonnet open, the squashed relay box cover fitted the wrong way round and the un fixed cruise control module hanging off its mount. I complained the next day where people I spoke to could do nothing and the management still never returned my call as promised.

I have used Roean on and off for 20 Years. They have grown in size and expertise and Andy seems to run a tight ship always ready to help. Just got my Disco 2 back after two days with a exhaust problem which has defied computers fir the last few months. Now all sorted with one or two other minor faults fixed on the way. Cost a fraction of what I would have paid at the main dealer. Also a sensible loan car and good communication. I strongly recommend Roean to all Land Rover owners on Telford and it's hinterland.

I was recommended to Roean by a friend and now take my Discovery 3 and series Land-Rover there. I find them more helpful than franchises dealers, reliable - and cheaper!
