Robinsons Volkswagen, North Walsham

Can not stress enough how much I'd recommend going to another vw dealership. Out of the ones I've been too this has ranked so far down the bottom of the pile. Staff are disrespectful! They messed up and instead not trying to make the situation right (which likely would have still lead to a sale) they instead were just rude and unhelpful. Any agreement you have with them will likely just not be honoured so they can make a quick buck. 100% go to another vw dealership. They are generally amazing service, I hope vw drop this dealer as they fall so far short of the normal service you'd expect.

Okay was expecting a large bill but didn’t get it car passed its MOT with some minor repairs completed on the same day

Took a vehicle in for MOT. At the end of the road RobinsonS, North Walsham, Norfolk, have a sign which I have photographed today. It reads - MOT £39 All Makes and Models Robinsons Volkswagen North Walsham 01692 500600 However, my bill is for £54.85 I questioned this with the receptionist - she said that was for Saturday only price It doesn't say that on the sign! Funnily enough, I had another car's MOT done there a few days before, on a Friday, and the bill was £39, so I asked to see the service manager having explained this to another member of staff in reception. He said he thought the sign had been taken down ! Then the manager came out. He said that the £54.85 was the correct price and the £39 was only for VW vehicles and this car was a Citroen. It doesn't say that on the sign -it says ALL MAKES AND MODELS and nothing about Saturdays only I think they are a bunch of chancers that make it up as they go along and rip you off if they see the opportunity. They need to abide by their advertising. Oh, and their courtesy car should be labelled hire car - I was charged £20,50 for it.

The new EOS was missing a fuse!!. Which meant the Sat Nav died because of a flat battery. As I was on route to Scotland this caused a bit of a hold up. Robinsons fixed the problem in no time and we got to our destination in time for haggis!.
