Booked the appointment three weeks in advance but they managed not to get all parts ready for the job. Parking manager is a miserable man- avoid him. Reception service is OK. Complimentary car wash was on lazy brake for my van so received the van more dirty than have left, vith the black oily patches on the bonnet. Would recommend to use other dealer garage if possible
