I have been going there for 20+ years. The combined knowledge of the staff is impressive - when they are faced with something new they have a wealth of contacts in a great number of franchises to help them out. This month my car was 6 years old & I asked for a Major major service - dropping all fluids, changing all filters, wheels off brake clean, MoT. The front pads were replaced to save coming back at Xmas - as the brakes were stripped they only charged for pads. All fluids, filters, brake pads were genuine Honda parts -- some £240, labour was £240 & £40 for an MoT. £520 is quite a lot for a service but next year we will be back to £150 or so, fingers crossed.
