Everything I've had done has been efficiently carried out on time and at stated costs. Very pleasant and helpful staff. This is a big dealers premises but you still feel you personally matter. When all is done my car sits waiting for me gleaming and shining like new!!

Damaged my car while doing some other work, on attempting to repair that damage they cauased even more damage. had to chase them constantly, but they never answered the phone at the service desk. Ended up having to raise a complaint with head office. regret ever having set foot in the place. car still not repaired to the same standard as when they started working on it. Cost me so much in time and fuel for them poor attempts to reverse their damage.

Nothing too much trouble and comfortable waiting area. Total check on car condition and comprehensive report was free. The beautiful cleaned condition after the MOT was an added bonus.
