I only get to use RGR Cranfield rarely. I don't do many miles but I am happy to go out the way to use them. The customer is superb, the work is excellent, the information they give is as good as anywhere I have used and the work is top notch. Im wondering why I didn't use them before

I hired a car from RGR and got a really competitive price for a car and then subsequently hired a car for my daughter. I dealt with the Manager, Tony, who was probably one of the most knowledgable and helpful and cheerful people I have ever dealt with. I was offered coffee and a lift back. I felt safe letting my daughter pick up and drop off and drive the car which was really clean inside and out. All the controls of the vehicle were explained to her properly so she felt confident. I will recommend RGR to all my acquaintances because it is a proper family run company with family and not corporate service.
