Repps Garage

Went in for an MOT it failed on a few things including engine management light. We took the car away and got the light fixed it was a sensor (ESR). They fixed the parts that were required for the MOT then said its failed again as the light was on . I said it wasn't they agreed it came on when they changed the parts. so over 650 quid and still no MOT. They denied its them and my son still has no car. They are full of excuses and charge way too much,. Will never use them again and do not recommend this garage to anyone.

So i had my car in for a MOT and it failed on a few items which was fine and they completed the work upon collection of they car they told me they broke one of the part / tools (wheel locking nut) and admitted they did it. They then told me it was only £10 to repair so i thought i would sort its only £10 i dont mind i've used this garage for years. However i had to ring Ford to get a new one which costs around £50 so i then went back to Repps to get them to pay for it as they were the ones who broke it. But they outright refused to pay for something they broke in there operations.

Friendly honest people

HAD TWO ELECTRICAL FAULTS OVER THE LAST 9 MONTHS. ONE GARAGE CHARGED ME £500 AND DIDN`T FIND THE FAULT. REPPS HAD PROBLEMS BUT STUCK AT IT AND SOLVED IT AND DIDN`T CHARGE THE EARTH. GREAT !!
