Redditch Volkswagen

I had work carried out by Redditch VW under warranty, 4 new diesel injectors, I thought the car, a VW Golf mk6 1.6 tdi ran poor before the injectors were changed but after these idiots got hold of it the car never ran properly for 3 months until I eventually took it to VW Solihull who, in one day sorted out the mess VW Redditch had caused. At the same time VW Redditch botched my injectors I pointed out a whooshing air sound inside the cab and even took a technician for a spin just to demonstrate the noise.....'Hmmmm I've never heard that noise before' he said, and that was it, no offer to look into it, just nothing. I insisted he had it looked at as it didn't sound right to me, a phone call later in the day from the receptionist telling me that their so called 'Master technician' had heard the noise and as far as he was concerned there was nothing wrong with the car and it was supposed to make that noise Turned out to be a split turbo boost pipe, also fixed by VW Solihull within the same day as sorting the injectors. I wouldn't take my lawn mower to VW Redditch they are poorly trained.
