Rayner Bosch Car Service

I am a returning customer, having had my current car serviced by Kia until the recent expiration of its seven year warranty. I have never heard a bad thing said about Rayners and after a gap of six years, returning to them I was not disappointed with the excellent service received. Following a satisfactory email quote, which fully explained the proposed work, the car was booked in within a fortnight. On the day the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The only downside was the limited/cramped area for customer parking (aren't they all like that!). Later in the day I was phoned up to be asked if I wanted to replaced the brake pads as they were nearing the wear limits, as this would save me labour charges at a later date. They did not have to do this and I appreciated this good customer service. I thoroughly recommend Rayners.
