I felt they explained everything to us and then emailed over a report of faults glad i found these guys there honest and thats hard to find

Took my car in to have timing belt changed, happy with price quoted so gave them the go ahead to repair. Was told I would have car back on a certain date so hired a car to get around. We had car back 2 days later than expected and had to spend money on taxis to get to work, chased them up at least 10 times and not once was my call returned. Car was given back with engine management still on and told me previous garage had not fitted something properly!! Took the other garage 10 minutes to put right! Ever since the work the car has been leaking oil, took it to another garage to check it out and they advised the oil seal is leaking and I should speak to Rtec again as they should put it right for free as it was not leaking before going in. Phoned Rtec this morning and the guy was very dismissive and said they would not give it back broken.... They also stated they would not look at it until 7th September!! I won't be taking car back there and I will be sending solicitors letter in with the bill for the further repairs I have to carry out. DO NOT USE , terrible customer service charged me 800 quid and not fixed my car.... Crooks
