R T Gaiger, Basingstoke

I’ve lived in Basingstoke for 50 years and never knew this gem of a place existed. Richard and his team are fantastic. They know their stuff and I will not take my bike or cars anywhere else.....,.period

I first discovered Gaiger's when needing an aircon service and used them for 12 years until I bought a new car which needs dealer servicing for its guarantee. They price fairly and do nothing without prior agreement.

I and my partner have used R T Gaiger for a range of reasons - from basic servicing to body repairs to annoying faults. We have always had excellent service from them and they don't try and rip you off by doing unnecessary work. They are honest about what needs to be done and about any problems they encounter. In fact, I've taken my car in for what has turned out to be a very minor problem and they've sorted it without charging me! My car is important to me - apart from needing it to get to work (and when a job took longer than their estimate they loaned me a car to use at no cost), it represents my freedom so I hate it when anything goes wrong. I trust this garage with my car! In addition to cars, they also know a lot about motorbikes !!!!!
