Visited quite a while ago for a service and warranty work. Charged more for the service than quoted and left the car filthy and unwashed with finger prints on the car. Left the car for warranty work for a few days,never contacted me with any updates for 5 days,had to call myself,never returned calls. The service adviser was the most arrogant person I have ever met. will never touch the seat brand ever again and certainly not rm fisher.

Ive always used this garage as the staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They always give me a lift to work and pick me up again after. Always a familiar face too, year after year its the same staff, which in my eyes says alot. As a main dealer for SEAT i personally think they are one of the most competitivly priced garages around, even competeing with the likes of kwikfit etc. So to sum up, I will carry on going to RM Fisher and strongly recommend others to try it too.
