I've been using this garage for six years. In late June they fitted a brake caliper as the bleed nipple was too corroded. In the following days I noticed a slight loss of power and realised the caliper was the most likely culprit. Quattrotech investigated on the day I contacted them despite being clearly very busy and identified the problem. They replaced the caliper, as well as pads and discs on both sides without charge.

In the past we had always gone to a main dealer to have our vehicles serviced for the period of the warranty and beyond. On hearing about quattro-tech I paid a visit to see what they were all about. We were suprised to find that Bassie (David) & Kelvin were previously Audi Master Technicians working locally in Huntingdon. They had always been concerned that they were unable to interact with customers as this was left to Service Advisors at the dealership. They decided that it was time to show the public that there was a more affordable way to have their car maintained other than at main dealers but still have the confidence that their warranty would not be affected by using their services. We now have both cars serviced & repaired here and haven't looked back. The business is thriving to the extent that they have taken on another engineer to cope with the workload.
