I first used Premiere garage way back in year 2000.My car had broken down, and as I am a driving instructor I needed it fixed A.S.A.P.! I had always used main ford dealerS beforehand, but none of them locally to me could fit my car in for a week. I went down to Premiere garage and stated the situation I was in. They ordered the part and by the end of the day I was back up and running! So ever since then I have been a loyal customer, as I cannot find the level of service they provide anywhere else. They know my car is my livelihood, and without it I cannot earn a living.! I cannot thank this garage enough for keeping me on the road for the last 17 years. There are many times where I have a problem and I haven't booked my car in they have somehow fitted me in and got me up and running again the same day! Last week for instance a suspension spring snapped. I took my car to the garage at 12.15pm.Now this was their lunch time. However they ordered the part there and then. I was back on the road by 2.30pm now where else would you get that level of service! They have even sent a mechanic out at 9.45pm to meet me down at the garage as my car had developed a engine management fault on dash board. Now I had a test the next morning at 8.20am so the car would have been classed as unsafe to use for test. But they came out and solved that issue. So for me personally I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are a very friendly bunch of people and at times go beyond the call of duty just to help me out! So if you are reading this, give them a look, I promise you will not be disappointed

My Car was booked in promptly with excellent customer service, friendly, polite nothing was too much trouble. The MOT was completed, they explained everything to me. Good value for money, the courteousness was most appreciated.

This is a family run garage repair and sales business in the centre of Beccles in Suffolk. I have used this garage for the last 25 years their help and expertise is astonishing.I have bought several cars from them over the years and I have never been disappointed.The atmosphere and friendliness of the staff to customers and to each other is ever present.The charges for work carried out are always reasonable and fair and fully explained.I have recommended many of my friends to this garage and without question they have always been more than happy with the service received.

Been using t Premiere Garage for many years no. The guys are very helpful, do a great job and you can totally trust them! Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they're great value for money too! I've been ripped off by many garages in the past, so it is refreshing to have one I can totally trust!

I have purchased cars,had repairs, services done and mot's, and have received the best service ever from a garage, now the whole family uses them, only problem is I have to do a 50 mile round trip to their premises, but worth it, and they now look after 6 motors in our household,the best honest friendly service by a mile..
