Knowlegeable well qualified staff and friendly customer service. When I retrieved my car ( 2002 Peugeot diesel with 109,00 miles on the clock) I thought that it was running as well as it did when bought 10 years ago. I queried with them a week later as to why the engine oil still looked clean ( usually after a service the oil appeared as black as before) and was given a very competent explanation of the merits of different oils.
