Premier Garage, Newport

Premier garage have looked after all of my bodywork and mechanical servicing for the last few years without issue or complaint. Cannot fault them at all.

I have been using Premier for over twenty years and even though i live thirty miles away I will continue to use them for the family's four cars as i know they will look after the cars so they are safe for me and my family. Their rates are very fair compared to main dealerships and the service is top notch and personal. In today's World it is hard to find a service provider that you can rely on and trust so when you do it gives great peace of mind. Long may they prosper and make people happy.

Awful experience...feel I was cheated! They quoted me to check my car for a particular fault around 40 quid and when I turned up to pick up the car the bill was £209. I told them clearly when I dropped the car to call me if they find something wrong with the car before doing any repairing so I can make a decision. To add salt to the sore spot they told me to get rid of the car as its got some problem that will cost lots of monies to repair. So why did they replace plugs and fuel filter(if they did, who knows) since car is got a major fault. They said the car will start better first thing in the morning and that turned up to be complete crap as it still is struggling to start. At the end they had a cheek offering me some deal on the service and MOT when I get a new car. What a cheek and am disgusted/angry to my backside. I would give 0 stars if it is possible.

I've been using Premier Garage for over 15 years. During that time they have dealt with routine servicing, MOTs, repairs and emergency fixes for a variety of cars ranging from Ford KA to Citroen C8 . They're always busy but will always try to help if you have an unexpected problem. They're one of the very few garages I have come to trust completely.
