Premier Auto Centres, Blackfen

I have recommended Premier to many friends, both for purchasing vehicles and for maintenance and repairs. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Quotes are reasonable and all work is explained before being undertaken.

I would like to recommend Premier Autocentres, Blackfen, Nr. Sidcup, Kent as worthy of being listed in the Good Garage Guide. Recently my car was towed to the garage where it was diagnosed as needing a new distributor. My son-in-law suggested the part could be sourced from the internet at considerably less cost than quoted and Premier were very willing to go along with this. Despite the car being kept on the forecourt for some weeks and going in and out of the workshop on three occasions due to the wrong part being delivered it was eventually repaired at a cost still under the original quotation. This is a family run firm where customer service is outstanding - everybody from service reception and advisors are friendly, cheerful and helpful. When my car needs to go into the garage it is collected from home and returned. I am an elderly widow with very little knowledge about cars and have been a customer for some years. I think they are very honest with me and do not attempt to "rip me off". I am pleased to say I trust them.
