My 2009 Audi A6 Allroad recently went into Harwood Group's Portsmouth Audi for its second service at 40,000 miles and three years, and its first MOT. The car was collected from my home - 30 miles each way - and returned immaculate. The service was carried out for a standard charge, and the MOT was free. Unfortunately, the required change of brake fluid was overlooked, and when I took the car in myself for this to be done while I waited, it was done free of charge, and I was given a bottle of champagne to compensate for the trouble caused. This is my fourth Audi A6 , the last two being Allroads, and I have used this dealer for 14 years with great satisfaction.
