untrustworthy back street sales tactics,was that sick with their lack of transparency and incorrect finance details even up to collection day i just dreaded going to collect car.then when asked about steering problems and engine rattling issues standard answer was oh they do that,nothing to worry about.20 minutes for hydraulic tappets to clear as an ex mechanic is not good.will never use this dealer or this manufacturer again

Bought a car from these which looked good when collected. As excited drove it away with a hand shake. Paid dealer prices so expected first class service. After a week washed the car and noticed it was covered in touch up paint. I had thousands of chips which had been touched up with a pen. Then discovered it needed a major service costing £1250 and the car had 4 previous owners. When complaining to them they agreed to pay £250 toward the service which is not good for a £70,000 car. I trusted these but how stupid was I. Never again will I buy a car from these and never again will I trust any car dealer. My car should have been auctioned not sold through a main dealer. Crooks...!
