The sales and service department are rubbish. They are really good at wasting your time and money. I have had several problems when buying cars from this dealership. The sales staff tell many lies and make many promises which they never fulfil. Don't bother buying cars or servicing your cars from this dealership. Not unless you want to get ripped off. If you want a reputable place to service/mot your car then go to the Shipley Drive In Centre. The staff are fantastic. I only use them as they are professional, charge reasonable money and are 110% trustworthy.

My beloved Mondeo 2.0TDCi developed a fault whilst (just) under warranty. I bought the car second hand directly from a company owner, not through the dealer, however they took it in without quibble, and fixed the problem. unfortunately it had to go back 3 days later as it was clear another running fault had occurred. Again, taken in without quibble, rectified and they even valeted the car as a gesture of goodwill / apology for the occurrence of the second fault! As far as main dealers go, I would highly recommend them!

i visited the garage where i first saw a handsome chap called garry i think he was the bussiness manager who pointed me in the right direction for dropping my baby off for its first service really helpfull and couldnt do enough for me. would recomend this garage to anyone. thanks scottish dave and fast eddie

Took my 18K car down for a small repair considering this to a reputable dealership. Left it with them for 3-4 days. Billed me nearly £500 and had hardly touched the car. T-cut the dent! Instead of hammering it out. Left the broken number plate outer on and told me they couldn't get hold of one! Ridiculous. And to really put the icing on the cake they hadn't cleaned the car at all (it was filthy) but told me the lads at the car valet place must have done a quick job. Nice manners & polite (although one old chap in the repairs/mot/whatever liked his drink a not too much) but absolutely below par workmanship. Never again.
