Took 5 hours to diagnose fault, at a cost of £115. The cost would be £500 for a voice control unit plus VAT and labour. A microphone was purchased online for £26 took 5 minutes to fit. Working fine. Don't put your trust in this garage.

Just a matter of days after my car went in for a service and MOT, which was just before the warranty ran out, things started to go wrong. Some issues I didn't notice until about a day or two after the warranty expired. Bear in mind this car has only 17000 on the clock. They took no responsibility or consideration about the timing of the new issues and would not even consider that their work during the service could have caused the faults, let alone admit that they missed things that could have been repaired during the warranty period. I took it back to them for repairs and they estimated repair costs of over £400 for several items including a software update (this is about 10% the current value of the car) - they wouldn't even check if the software update had been available at the time of the service when the car was still under warranty. I refused the work and now have to pay £90 to get my car back because they spent an hour diagnosing the issues and fixing a wire behind the dashboard that had somehow fallen out which had stopped my air conditioning working - the air conditioning had been working perfectly fine before the service. No flexibility possible in terms of pricing or individual cases. They are overpriced anyway. 0/10 for customer service. 0/10 for car service

Great overall service from an efficient Service Manager & friendly team, from quote to getting car back on the road for reasonable price. The car was cleaned when ready to collect. I will definitely use this garage in the future.

I visited the parts department to pick up a wiper arm and new blades. I asked service if they could fit. At first they said yes for £22. Then a girl asked what time I wanted it done tomorrow. I explained that if it rained I could not drive the car. She asked if i wanted to leave it. Not at all helpful. I took it to Justins Restorations in Maidenhead. He fitted it in approx. 5 minutes.
