I eventually managed to book my car in for a service by phone as e mails were being ignored. I was happy with the quote but when I arrived to pick up the car the price had increased by £40 to £250. I was surprised and was told all the wipers had been replaced. I asked if I should have been consulted and the receptionist said sorry without actually saying yes I should have been asked. I requested my old wipers and they were perfectly ok having passed the Mot not 3 weeks before. The mechanic who gave me my wiper blades said it was standard practice as they were a bit hard ! I will not be using this garage again and would not recommend them.
