This is the worst Ford dealership that I’ve ever dealt with.. Placed two new car orders with them and for the second time they have refused to take in my px which is a nearly new Ford.. Easy you would think, yeah so did I. Now the car I waited over a year for has arrived and they have put it up for sale for over £40k Fuming is an understatement. I will never recommend these to anyone and will make sure they are exposed as the rip off merchants they are… AVOID!!!!

After having a nightmare buying two cars from a supermarket type of car dealer, I saw a car advertised at Peter Stirland Ltd on Autotrader. From the moment I walked into the door until the moment I drove away in my new car I was immensely impressed with the straight talking, no BS service I received. Any quibble I had with the second hand car I bought was dealt with without question and they even went the extra mile by changing brake pads and tyres because they would not last beyond the 6 month warranty period. They even replaced the front fog lights rather than drying them out (as they were misted). Darren restored my faith in car dealers and I would, without a moments hesitation, recommend this company to anyone. Many, many thanks for delivering the highest quality service to me - I am very grateful; and am very very happy with the car.
