Charged £60 for diagnostics to be told they don't know what the problem is and it would be hundreds of pounds more to locate the problem before then being charged to fix. Another garage with no diagnostics equipment found the problem in minutes for free and repaired later that day for £130. Upon complaining service manager was very dismissive and continued to defend the work they did as a "ford specialist". Do not use this garage.
