I had some routine but "critical" servicing work carried out at Peter BREADING,s garage. I noticed that there were two very young looking apprentice mechanics hanging around the workshop. I specifically asked if my "critical" servicing would be carried out by a "Qualified mechanic" and I did not want trainees practising there Spanner waving on my car.I was assured that the servicing would all be supervised by Peter BREADING. About 5,000 miles later both top engine mounting bolts FAILED ( snapped). I suspect due to either over or under tightening ( at the time of the previous "critical servicing") by someone who failed to/or could not reach his torque wrench. After having my disabled car recovered by breakdown I returned to P.BREADING who had the cheek to charge me AGAIN to replace the broken bolts, Note I would not use this garage again.
