I got good service at a reasonable price, they didn’t take to long and they called me when it was done so I could go and pick it up when it was ready to collect and was valeted. All round I would recommend them to anyone

My Vectra needed it yearly service and first MOT. I was informed that the rear tyres had uneven wear, most likely tracking which they were unable to carry out. When I took the car to have its tracking checked by a local tyre company I was informed that the rear shocks were failing hence the tyre problem. They let me inspect the car whilst it was on the ramp and as stated the rear shocks were leaking. Strange how Pat's Garage missed these leaks as the car was still under its 3 year waranty. Also no mention of this problem on the MOT document. In keeping with their low level of customer care they declined to pay for/replace the rear shocks as part of the car's 3 year waranty. I took the car in early for its MOT and service to ensure that any faults were picked up in the waranty period. The final insult came a few months later when I tried to remove one of the front wheels. They had damaged the security bolt on the wheel and I had to get a garage to remove it for me. Please do not use this garage they give Cowboys a bad name.
