I actually bought my used jaguar from them as they had taken very good care of my citroen. We had it for a few months when a fault light came on and it went into limp home mode. The next morning I took it in but they couldn't find a fault on their diagnostic computer. They put some additive in the fuel tank in case I had gotten hold of some dodgy diesel. The same thing happened the next night. As we were going on a long car trip the next week, they actually took the car to the jaguar dealership in find the fault. They gave me a loaner so I could get to work in the meantime. The fault was fixed - they picked up the entire cost. although I realise the car was still under the 6 month warranty, I honestly think they went beyond the call of duty to get the car not only operating correctly quickly, but to give us the confidence to take it on a 2,000 mile holiday!
