Called them up when I had gearbox trouble. When they heard it was an automatic, they wouldn't touch it, saying it needed a specialist. I was miffed, but when I took the car to a specialist (STS Autos in Ailesbury), they found that a large part of my troubles were due to a botch job by a previous non-specialist ... so I was grateful for PB's honesty. I took the car to them for service a year later, and they did a smashing job. There was a bit of a backlog of jobs needing attention, and they did them all well -- nothing skimped, but nothing unnecessary added on. All for a very reasonable bill. Excellent people, great to do business with. I'm going back in a few days for an MOT
