**** PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE ***** I have booked for an MOT service and dropped my car in the morning and they said we will get back to me with quote and time for collection in afternoon. Richard called and said it's going to cost of 2000+ GBP, I asked the details they said, here is the break up 1000£ for gearbox having a noise issue, and other 987£ for disc brake//buckles / seat belt (which is working fine by the way) I said, 3 months back have visited your garage and your expert only told me for the noise you just drive the car for a feet or so forward and then do the reverse, and it was the trick for many cars. I explained this to Richard, and suddenly he said its OK...lets leave the gearbox. Then for remaining he said you need to pay 300£ for MOT, 518£ for buckle and seat belt and 326£ for rear disc break... I said its too much I don't want to you to do anything. When I went for collection, *** THEY PURPOSELY DID MOT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, ENSURED ITS FAILED*** and gave me a bill of 149.95£ to collect the CAR. and you see their face off is caught red handed, in the MOT fail report ** there is NO MENTION of gear box which they quoted me 1000£ ** It's a shameful act of customer service, which they have shown today !!! ***** PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ANY COST, YOU WILL NOT REGRET THE DECISION ****
