Bought my MINI CooperS from Ocean Torbay nearly 5 years ago. Heater blower packed up, but as it had only done 14K miles I sought a goodwill contribution from MINI. They agreed to bear 2/3rds of the cost for quite a major job (involving taking out the dashboard), which was much appreciated as they were under no obligation. Full co-operation from Ocean Torbay, and the repair was carried out as arranged. Service staff every bit as knowledgable, courteous and pleasant to deal with as you'd expect from a BMW/MINI main dealer.
