We have been using this garage for several years and most recently had our Toyota Yaris (06) serviced. Our daughter gets her Ford KA (X-reg) looked after as well. Always really helpful and keenly priced. A good local garage.

Daughter's car broke down at home and would not start. OVE came out to the house, diagnosed the problem - a failing fuel pump causing the fuse to blow when we turned the engine off - but got the car going. Strong advice to stay local as, although the car was going they suspected the fuel pump was faulty and it was likely to fail again - it did next day but only 1/2 mile from the garage. Within an hour OVE had recovered the car and given us a courtesy car. Car fixed quickly and returned to us with a new fuel pump. Flawless ever since. Great service and very helpful.

My 1996 Toyota Carina was in for an MOT but failed due to a faulty Catalytic converter. Jack the head mechanic noticed the exhaust system looked pretty new so Ange in reception called to ask how old it was and where it had been fitted. When I told her it was less than a year old and had been fitted in the exhaust specialist next door she arranged all the paperwork for the replacement to be fitted under warranty. Both garages came out well but Bob Nash the proprietor at O.V.E, a small independent garage, has excellent staff who not only go the extra mile but in this case far far exceeded my expectations.
