Very knowledgeable, have found over the years their ability to advise, identify and diagnose issues by symptoms rather than spending £100’s on investigation work as you do with a main dealer. Straight and honest approach. Free jaguar courtesy car. Yes, you often have to pre book, 2 - 3 weeks in advance, but it’s well worth the wait.
