Booked in for an annual service, very polite and focused on what I needed, provided a loan car which was clean, less than a year old and only requested I replaced the fuel I needed. Cost was explained prior to me leaving, the one item that came up during service That needed attention I was called about to get my permission and the cost was detailed before permission was requested. Car was ready on time, was washed and vacuumed out, Bill was slightly less than quoted, just a really good experience and much better than my previous Volkswagen Dealer. I highly recommended North Street Motors.
