Been to this garage for at least six years never once been let down by them, took my daughters car to them rear light issues they looked at it within the hour phoned me to say it's done no charge just a bit of corrosion on light terminal quick sanding job done have my Santa FE serviced by them never had a problem with car on several occasions they have given me lift home and picked me up to collect car. Can't praise them highly enough

Bought a repaired car from this garage year back great little runner but didn't return there for a number of years as I had a garage closer to home I felt I could trust until they ripped me off by using second hand parts with my understanding the parts where new. I returned to Northwest Auto repairs more clued up and prepared to do jobs myself. My daughters car was taken in to them due to a timing belt failure and they jumped on it right away having it repaired and waiting within 5 days. I have had an issue with my clio and had exhausted all avenues so took it in to them. They put the car on a diagnostic and found that the air intake heater sensor was faulty which I had already suspected but rather than just do the work they called me and offered to show me how to do the job myself ( I already knew how to do the repair ) but chose to let them do the repair. These guys know how hard it is for car owners in our area and consistently give great professional service
