Recently booked our vehicle (diesel automatic Nissan Qashqai) in for annual service and MOT. No issue making the appointment or booking it in on the day. The vehicle was ready for collection before the estimated deadline and calls were made to update me during the day. No nasty surprises and all paperwork was ready upon collection, with some documents also forwarded via email. Vehicle was returned after a good power wash of the exterior (we had 'spring cleaned' the interior the day before), so it looked very fresh and clean. Very happy with everything and in the 3/4 years we have used this garage, have not had one single thing to disappoint.
