I took my car in to have two front tyres replaced. The mechanic, Pete, was brilliant. The tyres were Firestone & a fraction of the price elsewhere as was the cost of the tracking. They also gave me some advice on the quality of my brake pads & future work that would need doing, but didn't push me to get them to book the car in to get the work done. As a woman I felt so comfortable in this "unknown world of the garage"!! .... I will definitely return to have any future work done there.
