Mr Clutch, Crawley

Thankyou. Mr Clutch fitted a replacement in an Anensys belonging to my son who lives in Edinburgh. It was fitted the day requested over the Christmas break, whilst my son was home near Gatwick. It developed a judder, which was reported about 14 months after fitting, but could not be analysed as there is not a local branch in Edinburgh. The clutch was replaced without question this week, nearly 2 years after fitting. The warranty replacement was supplied incorrectly, so another was sought, so the replacement was delayed for 2 days. James at the Crawley branch kept me fully updated throughout, communicating excellently, which was enhanced by Eugene the branch manager when he returned to work. I cannot over emphasise the excellent service and communication received.
