Motortune Shotts

I have been going here for servicing and MOT etc for a few years. I'm not easily impressed but this garage is top notch, their knowledge and application is a pleasure to know. I wouldn't go anywhere else with a performance car

I had a be experiencing some electrical issues with my car on a long journey to visit my parents. I called Motortune having used them previously and being impressed by the standard of service and expertise. My car was already booked in for a service later in the month, but I had to ask for an earlier appointment was I wasn't sure the car was safe to drive. With only a few hours notice, I was able to get my car checked, error codes removed and advice given on what else may be needed. I was able to get back on the road again, which was a huge relief. Thanks to Peter and the team at Motortune for stepping up again. Its clear to see why people travel from far and wide to use this garage.

My Porsche Boxster was due for service and M.O.T. prompting a visit to Motortune in Shotts, having heard so many great comments about their services from members of the Porsche Club G.B. Works to my vehicle included suspension bushes and links as well as the service and M.O.T. I was delighted with the friendly and welcoming Reception on arrival and once the work was completed the owner (Peter) talked me through all the various tasks completed and appraised me of any works that may be required in the near future. The workshop was bright, clean, organised and efficient. The large variety of performance cars present certainly inspired confidence as did the capable manner of everyone of the various staff members I met. The bill was exactly as I had been quoted and also a very reasonable cost. It fells like I have stumbled on a real gem of a garage here and I will definitely be bringing the rest of my Porsche here and would thoroughly recommend any performance car owner to do the same.
