I bought a used 2004 Honda Civic CTDi from Motorfair in December 2013. As it was due for replacement, I arranged for a replacement cambelt as part of the pre-delivery service. The replacement snapped on the way home, causing the engine damage I was trying to avoid and leaving me without a car. Motorfair agreed to repair the car, and I agreed to wait until "after Christmas" for it to be repaired. Having lost count of how many times it was promised to be ready for the next weekend and being without a car for close to 2 months, I have now been given a refund and bought a car elsewhere. Whilst the sales team appear professional, the constant excuses and delays mean that I cannot recommend the servicing expertise or overall experience at Motorfair.

New Hyundai Santa Fe factory-ordered through them in 2011, Motorfair kept me up with progress and arrived a week quicker than estimated. Several warranties issues but all dealt with efficiently with free courtesy car when necessary. Servicing carried out well with nothing obvious omitted (a first for me in 40 years!) and the correct specification of oil used - DPF-equipped cars are very particular - good value pricing.
