Excellent service got me back on the road in no time thanks to expert team

Have a Toyota, Skoda and Seat. Gary (garage manager) has seen them all and sorted out issues both quickly and efficiently. This is a good sized independent outfit with plenty of staff and kit (8 ramps?). The bloke is a workaholic and takes way to much pride in how the garage is run. He is still a spanner man and that is his job - on the tools. The aim as ever with all good businesses is to keep the customer happy. Just remember, the customer isn't always right and there is no such thing as a magic wand. Specialist work needs specialist kit and technicians. Sometimes alternatives such as main dealers are necessary especially on the diagnostics front. The Toyota being the most problematic out of the three being a casing point. Quite simply you wouldn't go to your GP for open heart surgery so don't expect the earth at your local garage.
