What can I say after purchasing my land rover sport it typically developed emissions related faults, not known to me that these cars do suffer from egr issues etc etc ..I seriously can't fault the fantastic service they went way beyond my expectations and more..Mark , Alison Jamie etc and boss man can't remember all name all very friendly and made me feel a valued customer ...i will use again and highly recommend this garage for the expertise and friendly after sales experience.. I have been using Monarch for a few years booked my car in for MOT service and Land Rover Diagnostics for a warning light - excellent customer service from the reception through to the MOT - kept me informed the whole way of pricing and what was required - I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff from front of house to the mechanic I spoke to - I was made to feel comfortable to ask questions about my vehicle and it was explained to me in terms I understood - I was also intrigued by the level of expertese from the mechanics and owner - a very passionate feeling and certainly know what they are doing - I won’t go anywhere else.

RR sport with suspension fault - fixed promptly and at a reasonable price.
