I have been using Monarch for a few years booked my car in for MOT service and Land Rover Diagnostics for a warning light - excellent customer service from the reception through to the MOT - kept me informed the whole way of pricing and what was required - I was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff from front of house to the mechanic I spoke to - I was made to feel comfortable to ask questions about my vehicle and it was explained to me in terms I understood - I was also intrigued by the level of expertese from the mechanics and owner - a very passionate feeling and certainly know what they are doing - I won’t go anywhere else.
