I now take all my vehicles here as they have shown me on every occasion to be courteous and helpful. From the welcome and conversation to collecting the washed vehicle after the job has been done, this is a top quality service all round. Sad to say this quality of customer service is very hard to find. Diolch/thanks!

After years of having sub-standard experiences at garages up and down the land, I have found a great place just on my doorstep! This garage also offer a recovery service and we were made aware of their excellent service when we called our contract recovery service number when our car broke down about 6 months ago (Due incidentally, to shoddy workmanship from the local main dealer). They came and sorted the problem with a level of customer focus and care that I haven't seen for a very long time. They seem to remember the days when the customer is put first and enjoys the experience, so they come back and also recommend their services to others. I have not been able to do this for a very long time. Our car went in for a 90k service yesterday and we got the same fantastic service and will now use them for all our motoring needs. I used to be an electronics engineer at Jaguar Cars Ltd and so have seen how the other half can be treated when you are buying a premium car. I now always look for this level of detail and attention as a customer and sometimes this expectation does lead me to be disappointed. I have had very unsatisfactory experiences with dealerships locally and will not return to them to be treated as an imbecile. Well done to Moduron Maethlu you deserve to be recognised with Honest John, because I think you go that extra mile to make your customer happy. You do not rob your customers as others feel they need to. You are helpful, knowledgeable, offer a fantastic quality or service and make the whole experience of being a motorist enjoyable again.
