I had my Skoda Octavia recovered from Yorkshire with a broken waterpump and contacted Mitchells to say the car was on the way back to them. Their service engineer arranged for the repair and my and me car arrived back at Mitchells 1600 on the Tuesday, I picked up up a courtesy car on the Wednesday morning. They allowed me to transfer all the computer equipment I had been taking to Yorkshire on the Tuesday to the courtesy car which allowed me to deliver it to the company I was going to on the Tuesday and my Octavia was repaired and returned to me AM on the Friday. The owner Mark Mitchell and his staff could not be more helpful and the garage facilities are first class.
