One morning after the school run i was head to a body shop to get a quote after been hit the day before. On my way my front passengers side tire popped. I had to pull over. I walked a little way down the road and saw a sign for their garage. Long story short, they had a look, tried to get me a replacement but due to the size they weren't off the shelf. They offered to put my spare on, which was great until they went to get it from under the Viano and realised they cables had been cut and someone had stolen my spare. Miraculously, they found a part worn tire and fitted it to get me out of jail. All this extra work on top of what they are ready had on their plate from other customers and they didn't want to charge me a penny.

I have used this garage for my family's cars at MOT time over the last 10 years. Their tester is scrupulous, painstaking and firm - I know when it has been passed, that there will be nothing wrong with the car. Other places may/will take shortcuts, just to get the car out quickly and make their fee. After a replacement of suspension links by another local garage, the clonking was still evident. Millers agreed to put it on the ramp immediately to find the fault, and discovered that one of the main nuts had not been tightened! Within 4 minutes and for no cost, the clonk was fixed! They are always busy, but always accommodating.
