"Brilliant service from Jimmy and his team"

Having seen positive feedback on facebook for Miles Garage, I wanted to book a service. When I phoned to book, and also advised that there was a 'clunky' sound under the pedals, Jimmy suggested I bring it in for them to have a look. Took it in, super-friendly and helpful - the problem was found (an issue from my earlier MOT fix at another garage) and fixed (no charge may I add!). Had the service yesterday. Again, friendly and helpful and very well-priced. Can highly recommend.

A warning light came up on our mini related to lights, we could not find an issue. I dropped by Miles Garage who were happy to take a look and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I am very happy with the service.

"Unparalleled customer service"

I have used this independent, family owned garage for the past three years. They have always provided friendly, honest and reliable service but this year excelled themselves in solving a particularly tricky issue with a faulty EPB on my 8 year old Focus C-max. This was clearly one of those issues where the true cause of the problem (it kept locking on and triggering emergency messages that rendered the car undrivable) was not easy to solve and which even defeated the 'expert' diagnostics of the main dealer. Eventually the car was mended but only following a number of new EPB motors being fitted and failing. It was evident that the garage ended up bearing considerable cost to themselves in sorting this problem which the proprietor declared as 'one of those things', refusing to charge me the true cost but sticking faithfully to the original quote.
