Mercedes-benz Of Stoke

AWFUL first time experience. I had a 3pm appointment booked to test drive a new vehicle the Mercedes-Benz EQA on 23/12/24. I turned up early by 30 minutes as the traffic was heavy around Stoke only to be informed nobody could see me as they where all busy. So I waited until 3.30pm before deciding to inform the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer. She then said she would go and talk to the manager who came back with her several minutes late. He informed me that Shabier who does all the test drives wasn't in due to a family emergency. When asked what vehicle I was here to test drive I informed him it was the new EQA. He then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't available to test drive as he had it parked on his driveway at home. I asked why nobody had rang me to rearrange my appointment as I had been waiting almost an hour in reception. He then proceeded to say I don't know why and if I gave him my driving license he would go and see if there was a customers vehicle in the servixe/repair bay I could borrow. Also as i was complaining the manager was just walking away couldnt even wait around to discuss the poor customer service i had just received. Omg what kind of pathetic service is this. No phone call, no sales person available to help me, no vehicle to test drive even though it was booked in on the system due to the manager having it and then he was going to lend me another customers vehicle to me if they had on in for service. I hope customers reading this understand that if they can't give a perfect first impression service before you have purchased a vehicle and is willing to let you use another person's vehicle from the service bay then they have some major issues. I won't be recommending them or purchasing a new vehicle from them.

Polite, efficient brilliant service as always. Staff who are pleased to go the extra mile with a smile.

I have been customer for nearly 30 years but still shop around to keep my hand in, no one in the North West to date has bettered them. Cost is a relative term, you get what you pay for, and in my opinion Mercedes Cobridge offer darn good value for money, be it servicing or sales.

Still the best place in the area to get your Mercedes repaired or serviced - at least whilst still under warranty though very expensive. Whatever the job it will be done speedily and correctly. Home collection, courtesy car, transport into town etc all available should you wish. Very pleasant drivers. The only downsides are high prices and Lookers central booking arrangements which seems to have extended lead times significantly and no flexibility. Had to get my first MOT done elsewhere as there was no available slot within two weeks of my preferred day!

This is a main Mercedes dealer and provides service of the standard expected for mercedes.
