They filed a MOT on a car that was illegal and it needed brakes pads replacing and they did not mention it, the car was not roadworthy when sold and they did the MOT themselves the day of sale.

Used them although I live in Wimborne because they asked for my business and made it financially effective to have a day in Oxford while they did the work. They carried out the 2nd year service plus some extras eg replaced the fuel filter cartridge (which I do annually on all my cars). They also carried out some minor warranty work which I had scheduled and a couple of 'recalls' on the cooling system. Also provided a lift into and out of Oxford. Unlike some other dealers they did not have excess staff standing around entertaining themselves - appeared to be run as a tight ship - which was reflected it what I did not have to pay for.
