Supposed to have e-mailed Germany about a problem they couldn't fix,after 3 weeks they still couldn't fix it. Instead of just admitting they couldn't fix it,just kept stringing it out.

I bought a Mercedes from Sinclair in 2011 and had all servicing carried out for three years in accordance with the warranty. At every service there was a niggle, culminating in my card being charged £1000 for someone elses service in addition to my own. When I wrote to the garage before finally deciding to go elsewhere to give them a chance of explaining themselves and assuring me that the problems were behind them, they just ignored my letter.
